The existing 5-story heavy timber wood and multi-wythe brick masonry structure will soon become a 165,000, 13-story glass, steel, and limestone hotel in the Warehouse District. New Orleans makes the 6th Virgin Hotel to be opened by the Branson Group. The hotel will house 238 single and double guest rooms known as chambers, deluxe suites, and 2 penthouses.

Located on the ground floor is the hotel’s main restaurant and large bar and lounge space. Other amenities include a 2,200-square-foot ballroom, meeting rooms, a fitness room, and back-of-house offices. The Hotel utilizes modern-day technology allowing guests to control lighting, thermostats, room access, and other elements use through their phones.
