PATRICK TAYLOR SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY REGIONAL ACADEMY

 

MMI provided structural and civil engineering services for the construction of the school. The 114,000 square foot space includes state-of-the-art facilities for use by students, faculty, researchers and visitors. The project includes the construction of three major classroom buildings, cafeteria, auditorium, robotics and biotech laboratories and an 11,000-square-foot event center that will be the western gateway to the business park. The Academy was built following the principles, processes, and practices in the LEED rating system for environmentally responsible building projects.

THE JEFFERSON PARISH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (JEDCO) HEADQUARTERS

 

MMI provided structural and civil engineering services for three separate buildings built to be energy efficient inside the Churchill Technology and Business Park.  The complex houses JEDCO’s administration, finance office, and business incubator.
