After the facility was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina, the Medical Center was rebuilt with partial FEMA funding in a more favorable location. MMI provided structural and civil engineering services for the new construction of the 43,000 square foot center located in Port Sulphur, Louisiana. The hospital offers various types of medical care, including dentistry, pediatrics, orthopedics, cardiology, etc.

The site plan features include new parking and roadways to meet facility requirements. Precast concrete driveway ramps, supported on pile foundations were designed to provide access to the second level of the main building. MMI provided comprehensive site development services for the 10 acre project.
