LOYOLA UNIVERSITY PARKING GARAGE

MMI was the structural engineer of record for the two-floor addition to the concrete parking garage located on West Road of the Loyola University campus. The structural addition consists of two post-tensioned concrete floors that tie into the existing concrete structure.  A masonry façade was added to the new structure to complement the existing masonry façade on the levels below. The additional floors added 236 parking spaces to the existing 1,400 spaces.
