Sara holds an Associate Degree in Drafting & Design Technology and has more than 32 years of experience in the industry specializing in civil design with strong capabilities in structural, mechanical, and electrical design. Ms. Clark has experience in site layout and design, collection systems, distribution systems, landfills, treatment plants, roadways, marine terminals, barge facilities, pump stations, and force mains.

Sara is a native of Petal, Mississippi but has lived and worked in the Greater New Orleans Area for the past 30 years.
