Mr. Yavas began working for a surveying company in 2004 while in earning his degree. He joined MMI in January of 2007.  He has experience designing repairs and expansions of existing steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures.  He has designed residential and commercial structures such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, warehouses, shopping malls, recreational facilities, and television broadcast centers.  He is also experienced in the design of shallow footings, timber and auger cast pile foundations, as well as soil supported structures.
