MMI provided civil engineering services for the 250,000 square foot office expansion on a 77 acre site.

This project involved the addition of structures, infrastructure (sanitary sewer, water and drainage systems) to service the buildings, including roadways and parking facilities.  The fact that the existing facility and the expansion are set in the middle of a 73.06 acre pecan grove, with the preservation of the pecan trees being the primary goal of the Owner, did present some special pipe and roadway routing conditions.
