MMI was retained by Buck Kreihs Marine Repair, LLC (BKMR) on June 23, 2014, to investigate the technical aspects of the allision, with specific focus on the damages which were incurred as a direct result of the incident.  MMI issued its initial damage review letter on the same day.  MMI was also retained by BKMR to investigate and complete our Formal Damage Report, to design and detail full structural repair documents, to facilitate the design and detailing of mechanical and electrical repair documents, and to administer the bidding and construction phases of the project.
