Tulane university Goldring/Woldenberg Complex

MMI provided structural and civil engineering services for the expansion of the A.B. Freeman School of Business.  While the two existing buildings were being renovated, MMI was responsible for the design for the new 45,000 square foot, 4-story addition.  This new building adjoins the two existing buildings to form a new unified business complex.

MMI also provided civil services including the site plan, paving, erosion and sediment control, utilities, fire water and a Storm Water Management Plan that utilizes an underground infiltration basin.
