Greg Eckert  l  Technical Specifications

Mr. Gregory Eckert has been with MMI since 2008.  His professional role with MMI involves the production of specifications, construction administration, architectural design, and drawing production. He is responsible for the production of the firm’s construction specifications as a written counterpart to the firm’s construction drawings.  This role requires a thorough understanding of structural and civil materials with an emphasis in concrete, steel, and pile supported construction as well as an understanding of the quality of construction required by each client.  Mr. Eckert is familiar with all MasterSpec formats and ensures that each set of project specifications is tailored to the meet the client’s needs and the requirements of the code.

Mr. Eckert is practiced in the compilation of project manuals, and he is familiar with the requirements of AIA document A201 “General Conditions of the Contract for Construction”. He has administered several projects for Morphy, Makofsky from procurement and bidding to substantial completion. When architectural design is required within a larger scope of structural and civil services, Mr. Eckert is also  capable of fulfilling that requirement.
