MMI was the structural engineer of record for the two floor addition to the concrete parking garage located on West Road of the Loyola University campus. The structural addition consists of two post-tensioned concrete floors that tie into the existing concrete structure.  A masonry façade was added to the new structure to complement the existing masonry façade on the levels below. The additional floors added 236 parking spaces to the existing 1,400 spaces.
