MMI provided the structural and civil engineering design for the renovation and addition to the Cafe' Reconcile Building returning the historic landmark to its former beauty. The non-profit’s operation expanded into the vacant 2nd through 5th floors, providing culinary training and banquet space, educational and life skills training facilities, a new business incubator, and staff offices. The project also features a five-story elevator tower with a glass vestibule and a two-story addition housing two floors of kitchen space and outdoor seating areas.
