Morphy Makofsky, Inc. provided the structural and civil engineering services for the construction of two new four-story housing facilities totaling 220,000 square feet with parking for 200 vehicles on the site.  The facilities are constructed of structural steel with a metal truss system and a standing seam metal roof.  The façade is constructed of brick, stone, and insulated glass.

There will be 236 housing units for a total of 749 beds.  The units include four-bedroom, two-bedroom, and one-bedroom units.  The first phase of construction will be complete by August 2007.
