Morphy Makofsky, Inc. provided the structural engineering design for the construction of 135,000 square feet of laboratories as well as 15,000 square feet of non-laboratory program space.  The building will be five floors with the capabilities of adding an additional three floors.  The structure will be built on a fourteen inch square pre-cast concrete piling loaded to 200 tons per pile.
