Morphy, Makofsky, Inc. provided Structural and Civil engineering services for this 21-story, high-rise residential building consisting of 250 living units with a parking garage on the first eight floors. The structure is cast-in-place concrete and is reinforced with both conventional reinforcement and post-tensioning. The entire structure is pile-supported with 14-inch square concrete pre-stressed piles. The piles are 170 feet in length and carry 200 tons.
